JSON Parser Pro is a custom action for GoHighLevel workflows. This page describes exactly what the app stores, for how long, and how to have it removed. It reflects how the software actually behaves rather than what it might do in future.
What we store
When you install the app on a client account or across a company, we store:
- your GoHighLevel location or company identifier;
- the OAuth access and refresh tokens GoHighLevel issues, which are required to keep the installation working, along with their expiry and granted scopes;
- the date the app was installed, and the date it was uninstalled if it was.
Each time a workflow runs the parse action, we record one execution row containing:
- the JSON payload the action received, so the run can be inspected in the history console;
- the paths that were requested and the values that were extracted;
- the workflow identifier, a fingerprint of the node, the label you gave the step, and whether the run succeeded, was repaired, or failed.
The payload is whatever your workflow sends the action. If that payload contains personal data about your contacts, that personal data is stored in the execution record for the retention period below. You control what the action receives.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent any data.
- We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or analytics.
- We do not use your payloads to train models.
- We do not read your GoHighLevel account beyond the scopes you granted at install.
How long it is kept
Execution records, including their payloads, are automatically deleted after30 days. Purging runs when the service starts and on a timer after that, so deletion does not depend on your account staying busy and no action is needed from you.
Installation records and OAuth tokens are kept while the app is installed. Uninstalling the app from GoHighLevel marks the installation inactive and revokes its usefulness. Ask us to delete the record outright and we will.
Where it is stored, and who processes it
Data is held in a PostgreSQL database on infrastructure operated by us in Amazon Web Services, in the United States (us-east-1). Transport is encrypted with TLS.
We use the following sub-processors:
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. for hosting, compute, storage and content delivery (United States).
- HighLevel, Inc. as the source of the workflow data the action receives and the identity of the installing account.
We do not add sub-processors without updating this page. If you are in a region that requires a data processing agreement before personal data leaves it, contact us and we will put one in place.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the personal data we hold, including the right to access it, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, and receive a copy in a portable form. This includes rights under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Most of what we hold is data your own workflows sent us, so for that data you are the controller and we act as a processor on your instructions. Contact us atdev@appexpertly.com to exercise any of these rights. We answer within 30 days.
Your choices
- Stop new records: remove the parse action from your workflow, or uninstall the app.
- Delete existing records: email us and we will delete the execution history and installation record for your account.
- Access what we hold: the history console in the app shows every execution we have stored for your account.
Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects what we store or how long we keep it, we will say so here rather than changing it quietly.
