Terms of Service

These terms apply when you install or use JSON Parser Pro, a custom action for GoHighLevel workflows. Installing the app means you accept them.

What the app does

JSON Parser Pro accepts a JSON payload from a GoHighLevel workflow step, extracts the values at the paths you configure, and returns them so later steps can use them. Configuration lives inline on the workflow node. Each action returns up to ten values.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the data your workflow sends to the action, and for having the right to process it.
• You keep your GoHighLevel account secure. Anyone who can edit your workflows can change what this app receives.
• You will not use the app to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack the service or the infrastructure it runs on.

What it costs

The app costs $4 per month, plus $0.003 for each parse. There is no limit on how many parses you may run. The per parse charge is applied by GoHighLevel per execution, so what you pay in a month depends on how much your workflows actually parse.

Billing runs through GoHighLevel's app marketplace and appears on the invoice you already receive from them. We do not take payment directly, do not store card details, and have no separate subscription for you to manage. Changing or cancelling is done in GoHighLevel, not here.

If the action cannot read a payload, or a path matches nothing, it does not break your workflow. It returns empty values with an explanation, so later steps continue rather than failing.

Separately from our plans, GoHighLevel bills marketplace workflow actions as premium executions on your own plan, so every run of this action is charged by GoHighLevel as well. That billing relationship is between you and GoHighLevel, and uninstalling this app does not by itself change your GoHighLevel plan.

Testing paths in the app's Path Finder does not run a workflow, so it costs nothing.

Availability

The service is provided on an as is basis. We do not currently offer an uptime guarantee or a service level agreement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app. Where a change would break existing workflows we will make a reasonable effort to give notice first.

Uninstalling and disconnecting

Uninstall the app from the marketplace section of your GoHighLevel account. When you do:

• Access is removed. The OAuth tokens granted at install stop working, and we can no longer read anything from your account.
• Workflows using the action stop extracting values. Any step referencing its outputs will receive empty values, so remove or replace those steps.
• Execution history remains until it expires. Records already stored are deleted on the normal 30 day schedule. Ask us and we will delete them immediately.
• No separate billing to cancel with us. Any premium plan is billed by GoHighLevel, so it is managed and cancelled there rather than here. Premium execution charges are part of your GoHighLevel plan.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from GoHighLevel. We may suspend an installation that is abusing the service or placing disproportionate load on it, and will say why when we do.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
